Don’t miss one of these four things

It’s easy to miss

In 2025, I missed one of these four things...
👉 and if you've been creative at work, you probably have too.

1️⃣ Put your work out there. 💥

In a world where most work is judged by how many likes and level of engagement it's received, it's easy to hesitate sharing your cool idea/project.

Don't silence yourself.
Sometimes an odd idea is just what the world needs. 🤗

2️⃣ Feel. 🥹

It's so easy to focus on what's wrong about a piece of work. What did audiences dislike? What could you do better?

I learned by submitting my early films to festivals that there's an important moment before all of that...

FEEL the emotions that come with sharing your work with others. Did they smile? Did they laugh, or cry? Allow yourself to acknowledge the response before you get self-critical.

3️⃣ Learn. 🧐

Go deeper than just asking colleagues for opinions. Look at your stats. How long did people spend looking at your work? Does that mean they loved it or didn't understand it? How did they find it and what did they do next?

How could you repeat positive results?
Are you making something great, but for the wrong audience?

4️⃣ Repeat. 🔁

You've likely missed one of these four things in your projects over 2025. This is your friendly warning light to take note before you jump back into it:
